AGREEMENT AND ORDER
Once your order has been processed you will receive your order details and tracking number via email. Until then, Not Faye is the owner of the products. Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock from the time you place your order until it is shipped from our warehouse, we are entitled to cancel your purchase of the product as it is no longer available. If this is the case and it occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund.
We make every effort to ensure that the information displayed on our website is correct. However there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of obvious errors.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
You can choose from different secure payment methods: IDeal, Creditcard, PayPal and Klarna.
All product prices are including VAT. Shipping costs are specified at check out and depend on the chosen method of shipping.
All transfers conducted through Noa Faye are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
SHIPPING
We do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
All orders will be shipped with PostNL or DHL with track and trace. Deliveries outside the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL with Track and Trace and to receive this shipment a signature is required.
If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, chose the wrong delivery option or was not home when the courier service delivered the package – it is the customers responsibility to reach out to the courier.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our address in the Netherlands. This amount will be deducted from your refund
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel and we will refund the money within 10 business days. Earrings can’t be returned as a result of hygiene rules.
Make sure you include a note with your name, order number & reason of return.
The return of an article is only possible when the article:
- Is in undamaged state
- Is not worn and/or used
- Includes the original packaging.
All goods are inspected upon return and should be clean and unworn. For your own convenience, and ours, please return the product in packaging and shipping material you’ve received them in or use another secure box to make sure we receive the goods in optimal condition.
We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
Please note that shipping cost are at your own expense.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All returned items should be declared as ‘Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This should be written on the packaging as well as in the declarations form. Returned packages that don’t have this mention may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and might be subjected to additional fees.
(We do not pick up returns with VAT or customs charge. If you are unsure how to declare your return/defect item please contact us at info@noafaye.com before returning your item.
GUARANTEE
After the order delivery Noa Faye gives a 1 year guarantee on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, feel free to send us an email to info@noafaye.com with pictures of the items.The warranty is not applicable if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product, or if it has been used in a manner for which the item is not intended.
We do not guarantee use marks such as scratches and dents.
FRAUD
Noa Faye holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services.
Noa Faye reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider. individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
COPYRIGHT
All photos and images used by Noa Faye are protected by copyright. Without written permission from us, photographs and images may not be reproduced and used in public.
DISPUTES
All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
